The China Garden was just as good as I remembered, but it seems I didn’t remember a lot of it. I looked like such a weirdo sniffing my book but I didn’t even care because the smell was divine and oh so comforting. Before I start talking about the story can I just say old book smell is absolutely heavenly. The China Garden was one of my favorite books in high school and I’ve been wanting to reread it for a while now to relive the magic and I’m so glad I did because I had forgotten a lot of the things that happened in this book.
